The racial makeup of the CDP was 82.41% White, 13.63% African American, 0.28% Native American, 2.66% Asian, 0.05% Pacific Islander, 0.35% from other races, and 0.63% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.60% of the population.
