Sister Mary Josepha was born Valli Louise Dennis on March 3, 1951. On October 23, 1968 she was baptized into the Roman Catholic faith. On August 22, 1969, Valli decided not to attend nursing school and entered the Carmelite Monastery taking the name Sister Carmen Marie. This book is a reflection of her life as a nun.
