It is sold in domestic and exported to neighboring countries. Rhamnus prinoides has multipurpose uses. Mainly it has been used for bitterness in the traditional brewing process, it has a potential use as a hopping agent in the beer industry and it is the main source of cash income for rural society. Despite its uses, governmental and non governmental institutions have not given attention yet. The analysis of this research was done by using value mapping, cost benefit analysis, multiple linear regression and multivariate probit model with the application of STATA software. This book, so will create a new insight and reference for any value chain analysis related activities. Specially, it is helpful and model for professionals of supply chain management, economics, business management, value chain management and marketing experts to do on related research works.
