Ali Williams is a coach and therapist based in Adelaide, South Australia. After receiving a diagnosis of breast cancer at 45 and launching into her transformational adventure with healing mind, body and energy, Ali's passion for teaching women to do the same was realised. After studying formally, Ali has been working with clients all around the world since 2017, guiding them through their personal transformations. The inspiration to write her first book came from wanting to share the message that feeling happy is possible for everyone, regardless of circumstances, and achieving it is much simpler than most people think.
