Van Yi-Chen Fan is a Taiwanese aborigine (tribe:Amis) singer and actor best known for featuring Cape No. 7, the second top-selling film in Taiwanese cinematic history. Van Fan made his debut in 2002 with the Chinese version theme song I Believe to the South Korean film My Sassy Girl.
