One of the questions that is increasingly raised in the Algerian company is that of the effectiveness of training. Our research aims at analyzing the role played respectively by the variables of the work environment in the application in work situation of the learnings developed in training. The field study was conducted on 40 employees of the company SOREMEP participating in training. The results of the regression analyses confirm the importance of the support of the supervisor and colleagues, and then that of the organization, in improving the transfer rates of the learning acquired in training to the workplace.
