The Circle of Willis is the most important route for cerebral perfusion and for collateral blood flow in severe occlusive diseases of the internal carotid artery. Dr. Vaibhav Sande is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy of a Medical School in Central India. He has done extensive research on the topic of Circle of Willis and its associated variations for his M.D. thesis. This book is a publication of the dissertation of the same work.
