In this time of crisis, it is more important than ever to manage tax properly and for that, to know the rules of the tax game. The need to properly manage taxation, especially VAT at the company level, may seem like a paradox to a layman. Indeed, taxation could be seen as a simple technical instrument which would consist in applying a tax rate to a taxable base. Thus, companies operating in an environment where each of their transactions is governed by this reality, dragging latent tax risks due to the approximate management of the tax department very often non-existent. This approximate management is often due to the negligence and ignorance of the tax provisions of the leaders and also of their desire to make more profit than necessary. Conscious or unconscious transgressions often follow. To overcome all these problems, one of the solutions is good tax management in general and good VAT management in particular to come up with a solid case for recovering VAT credits if the case arises.
