In relation to increase in population, if the number of house, roads, industries, are increasing, than the amount of land for cultivation and forest will be decreased in the same ratio. In fact, growing population is not fundamental and only reason of environmental crisis lack of proper planning, uneven distribution of natural resources, poverty are the reasons of those problems. Similarly, Ruhr Bengal s important forest of Birbhum district is being affected harmfully or has been affected harmfully previously. Now, wild animals and trees of different species are extinction for deforestation. Recently, it is enlightened about present vegetation status of Birbhum district by the help of remote sensing.
