High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Veltrusy is a small town in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It is situated 25 km north of Prague. It has circa 1,600 inhabitants. An interesting mansion (open to public) surrounded by a large forest park borders the town. Central Bohemian Region (Czech: St edo eský kraj) is an administrative unit (Czech: kraj) of the Czech Republic, located in the central part of its historical region of Bohemia. Its administrative center is placed in the Czech capital Prague (Czech: Praha), which lies in the center of the region. The city is not, however, a part of it and creates a region of its own.
