Autorenporträt
Jeffrey Wayne Maulhardt is a fifth-generation descendant of two of the earliest farming families of Ventura County, Johannes Borchard and Jacob Maulhardt. Jeff taught history in the Oxnard School District and retired early to devote more time serving as the director and founder of the Oxnard Historic Farm Park. He has authored seventeen local history books. This latest book on the history of lima beans is creating a lot of buzz in the community as the popularity of lima beans has been rekindled.
