Dr. Rafael D. Guerrero III - holds a B.S. in Zoology and an M.S. in Applied Zoology from the University of the Philippines. Also, he holds a PhD in Fisheries Management from Auburn University (USA). He was an instructor in zoology, assistant professor of agriculture and associate professor of fisheries and aquaculture in several universities.
