V.M. Kaytukov, on the bases of his psychophysiological approach to the relationships of people, analyzes reasonable and unreasonable benefactions in social communities in their historical development. "States, ethnic groups, people are always not equal, they are different in strength, intelligence, passionarity, wealth, abundance, biosphere, etc., and because of this they are differ in the biological basis of life potency of hedonistic domination, in their ability to implement hedonistic claims and, finally, in the continuum of affordable hedonism". In analyzing social existence and the terms "freedom", "equality," "altruism," "selfishness," "public good", "virtue", "vices", "people", the author warns people from the blind, unaddressed blessings, of vain sacrifice related to exactions for dictate social handouts, from faceless equalization of useful, useless and even harmful members of society, from parasitism that is developed due to such equalizing handouts.
