This research identifies the series of violations suffered by the LGTBI population, especially gay men in the context of the Colombian armed conflict and the undermining of their rights based on their sexual orientation. It invites the reader to recognize the hatred promoted by the armed groups towards diverse identities and the impact on people's lives, the way in which they were forced to adopt survival strategies and camouflage themselves in society. It also invites the analysis of the multiple violations to people from the psychological, physical, material and the impact on life projects and their scope in the orbits that circumscribe the human being: social, political, economic, environmental, family and individual. Empathy, respect for difference and recognition of sexual diversity is the ultimate goal of the text, recognizing the multiple ways of being and being in the territory.
