Autorenporträt
Peggy Cooper is a retired elementary school teacher. She spent most of her career teaching second graders in Carrollton, Missouri. Her favorite part of the school day was story time when she could read a favorite book to her class. She had lots of favorites! She always dreamed of writing books for children herself.

Peggy has been married to her husband Don for 46 years. They have two married children and four beautiful granddaughters. The girls love books, and Peggy has always enjoyed reading to them. She also delights in the time she spends reading every day. She especially loves reading the Bible, mysteries, and both fiction and nonfiction Christian books. She also enjoys time spent with her friends and family.

Having been blessed with good health and energy, Peggy loves to play with her granddaughters. She still does cat's cradle string figures, hula hoops, rides her bike, and stands on her head. As a long time cat lover, she has a green-eyed cat named Oliver who was gifted to her by her granddaughters.
