Autorenporträt
Victoria Jones Griffith is a survivor of 22 years of sexual and emotional abuse. She has worked in the women's health industry for the last 20 years as a certified personal trainer, nutritional advisor, and creator of the Vickie G Method. Partnering with various fitness publications, Victoria has been featured in several online DVDs and on numerous fitness platforms. Drawing from her vast experience, she has taken on her next role as a Health & Wellness Transformation Coach. Victoria lives in Dallas, Texas where she continues to grow her Be Victorious movement.
