Joy Regulus is an Internationally Certified Personal Life Coach, speaker, and author who specializes in helping women overcome their traumatic pasts to live the abundant, overflowing life she believes Jesus died for us all to have. As a result of her colorful life, she understands what it feels like to feel alone, depressed, overwhelmed, and defeated because she has faced many circumstances that left her feeling all of those emotions. Joy learned in her journey that her faith in God and a resolve to never give up are the keys to her reaching her overall goals. Joy is the mother of three children, and currently resides in Huntsville, AL.
