Otis Williams was adopted and raised in a low-income single-parent home. With a burning desire to have more than what the "projects" had to offer, Otis started studying success principles. He used his knowledge to succeed in the U.S. Army, corporate America and emerge victorious from over 10,000 speakers worldwide to capture the coveted title of "World Champion of Public Speaking" for Toastmasters International. Convinced, "This stuff works!" Otis now shares his message of VICTORY with businesses, organizations, associations, and schools.
