"Cryptography products may be declared illegal, but the information will never be" - Bruce Schneier Visual cryptography is one of the techniques used to encode the video by separating the original content of the video. The proposed Visual cryptography gives the idea to how encryption and decryption can be done on video. Haar Wavelet mechanism plays a vital role to provide the characteristic of multiple declarations and worldwide decomposition that are the important features of the video compression application. The privacy and security become the most significant issues since the multimedia is transmitted openly over the network. A new adapted Haar Wavelet is used to encrypt the full video in a capable protected manner, after encryption the frame and audio will decompose and send final uncompressed video. The video encryption method operated in the prediction error domain is shown to be able to provide a reasonably high level of security and effectiveness.
