Abadi Tsegay Weldegebriel was born in a very small town called Balla. He recieved his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Mekelle University and his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Addis Ababa University. He is currently a lecturer in Hawassa University, Institute of Technology, department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ethiopia.
