A product of Caribbean ancestry and New York City living, Vizier Vaughn fused his two cultures, guided by his faith, which tempered his insight, wisdom, and life experiences. His curiosity to understand the world we live in drives his thirst for knowledge. Vizier finds his inspiration for writing from the stories and experiences of his life and his observation of the world around him. Vizier Vaughn has a very diverse academic background, which he draws from and weaves into his writing and character building. His academic resume includes studies in the areas of liberal arts, mechanical engineering, computer science and information technology, multimedia development and management, and business administration. Vaughn's passion for writing began while studying Multimedia Design and Management at the College of Westchester where an English professor led him to hone in on his love for writing. With the guidance of his English professor, Vaughn enhanced his writing skills and developed his craft of sentence structure and storytelling. Vaughn embraces his spirituality and lives his life with integrity. He is a firm believer in Jesus Christ whose teachings have set the standard for the morals and values he lives by. He also credits his spiritual, historical, and sociological knowledge and wisdom to his mentor of over thirty years. The name Vizier Vaughn pays homage to Vaughn's role with his friends; it means, "the little-one that will give great advice!"
