Grace Reuben Etuk est titulaire d'un doctorat en sociologie industrielle de l'université de Calabar, au Nigeria, où elle est actuellement professeur associé. Forte d'une expérience de plus de vingt ans dans l'enseignement, Grace a également à son actif plusieurs articles savants et est membre de plusieurs organismes universitaires, dont la Society for Christian Scholars.
