Hesham has obtained his Master degree in 2011 in educationl Policy and Leadership from international center of Teacher Education,East China Normal University Shanghai, China. He is a lecturer at Educational Technology department, Faculty of Education University of Khartoum, Sudan.Now he is PhD candidate at Northwest Normal University China.
