He firmly believes that a people-led approach is the key to corporate success, since profits and stability are natural outcomes of a dynamic, engaged workforce whose values are aligned with organizational goals.Kendall holds several postgraduate qualifications, including a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, an MA in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, a BA in Organizational Behavior from National-Louis University, and a Certificate of Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
