The sense of sight has a great importance in the daily life of the human being, but this is not something new since ancient times helped the first settlers to distinguish toxic compounds from those who do not thanks to its change of color or hue, what is relatively new (or rather that has been presented more frequently today) are the diseases that affect this sense as it is the visual stress. This thanks to the increased use of electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets or computers, among others. Visual stress is understood as the set of intraocular and extraocular symptoms produced by an overexertion of the visual capacity. That is why the aim of this book is to present an overview of the characteristics of visual stress, its complications and some treatments that currently exist through research and explanation of various sources of information related to the subject to present alternatives on how to take care of the sense of sight of this disease.
