The recent outbreak of EBOLA epidemic has exposed the fragility of the health systems in Africa; particularly in the Sub-Saharan region. The principal challenges of Vital Emergencies, catastrophes and health crises in Africa are: communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases, considered as new threats, as well as natural, technological, and social catastrophes. CIMUVISA, a scientific, educative, multidisciplinary, cross-sectional NGO for international solidarity and health partnership for Africa, has set its health priorities, which call out beyond the lone Africa. It aims to offer urgent care services to all through capacity building, maintenance and on-site management of vital emergencies in order to limit the multiple constraints (technical, medical and socioeconomic) of MEDEVAC and patient management abroad.
