Issahaku Abdul-rahaman, was born in Ghana in 1968. He attended University of Education (1993-1997 and 1999-2000) and obtained both Diploma and Bachelors degrees in Integrated Science and Mathematics. He obtained an M. Phil in Environmental Science from University of Ghana in 2007. He is a sub chief in Tamale and a Research Fellow at UDS in Ghana.
