Developing countries like Nigeria are placing emphasis on their industrial and technological development because with growing population and high percentage of young people among them is leading to increase labour force that agriculture alone cannot absorb them.With this attendant rise in quest for skill acquisition amongst Nigerian as a means of livelihood and sustenance, there is dare need for more institutes to teach and train individual and artisan on technical and vocational skills. This calls for efficiency in spatial design of teaching and learning spaces in vocational institutes and to give adequate attention to space planning and its utilization. Therefore this work aim to address this challenge because Vocational centers generally houses people, machine and equipment.
