Her embarrassment is not about her, but for the actions that racism caused by those that had no clue to the harm that will be forever imprinted in her memories, even though 60 years has passed, racism appear like cancer to be incurable and is killing souls left and right. Thank goodness that sports bring people together if not but for a little while, maybe there is hope for us all to love and respect each other as souls and not color or race.
