Ana M. Martínez Alemán, EdD (ARLINGTON, MA), is a professor and associate dean for faculty and academics at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College. She is a coeditor of Critical Approaches to the Study of Higher Education: A Practical Introduction and a coauthor of Technology and Engagement: Making Technology Work for First Generation College Students. Susan B. Marine (PROVINCETOWN, MA) is a professor and vice provost of graduate and continuing education at Merrimack College. She is the author of Stonewall's Legacy: Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, and Transgender Students in Higher Education and a coeditor of Collaborating for Change: Transforming Cultures to End Gender-Based Violence in Higher Education and Critical Praxis in Student Affairs: Social Justice in Action .
