He was born and raised in Southern Germany. As the second of three sons, he was designated to follow his father's trade and profession. The older brothers leading and destined to succeed in inheriting the business did not sit right with the author. He branched out into the hospitality trade in pursuit of a career. Targets are met, goals are exceeded, and the author flourishes despite the lack of higher education. Timing and good fortune assisted in the success of managing Food, Beverage, Service and Cruise Line operations while climbing the ladder of success and ranks. He decides to write his personal and professional experiences in a fictional Genre despite the anticipated challenge of English being his second language and never received formal language schooling. Life is a formidable teacher, and mistakes are the foundation of self-development. The Author made this his mentor. The book series will provide ample opportunities to demonstrate the methods.
