Vincent Wong is a Senior Technical Advisor at USAID's Office of HIV/AIDS in Wash DC, and was a consultant to the WHO HIV Dept, Geneva. He holds a Master's of Science in International Health from Humboldt University, Charite Medical School, Berlin, Germany, and a BA in Integrative Biology from the University of California Berkeley.
