Alan Sarsby has enjoyed over forty years in varied careers, initially in electronic engineering, and IT strategy. Then in customer service and business change. He has developed and implemented novel approaches to enterprise design and changeleadership. In 2001, he established is own company specialising in training services. He is a conference speaker and non-fiction author. Eddie Lunn - In a career spanning thirty-five years with an international communications company, he was the driving force for leadership development programmes involving over five thousand senior leaders and managers. Eddie has actively promoted leadership knowledge and skills within the UK Care sector.
