Earth's orbit is slipping further from the sun, caused by a decrease in mass-TITAN's unintended effect on the delicate balance of the solar system. She must overcome unique challenges, battle attacking aliens, and learn that sometimes the enemy closest to you is the most dangerous of all. Hello, I'm R.C. Kirkland! I am 54 years old and live in Jacksonville, Florida, on the neuroatypical High Functioning Autistic spectrum. I have been a science fiction fan for as long as I can remember, and Voodoo Child is my debut novel as a new sci-fi author. Book One is my introduction to Viktoriya, a HFA unexpected heroine. I couldn't find any autistic heroes during my life, so I decided it was time for a 'hero for the rest of us'! This is the first in a planned series of 5 books.
