Lubasi Musambo possui um Mestrado em Engenharia de Segurança TIC da Universidade da Zâmbia e um Bacharelato em Ciências com distinção em TI da Universidade de Hertfordshire. É criador de um "modelo biométrico facial frontal" que automatiza o Sistema de Registo Civil da Zâmbia para o qual detém uma patente número CR/21/19 na Zâmbia.
