Dr. Rupavath Chandru, M.A,. MPhil,. PhD, Associate Professor, Board of Studies, Department of Political Science Osmania University Hyderabad, India. He is working as Associate Professor for the last 33 years. He has presented papers in conferences and seminars, and has published at national, international level UGC care and peer reviewed journals.
