The questions and criticisms around integration, and more precisely insertion structures, are becoming more and more virulent. There is then a gap between the dominant professional standards and the main characteristics of "to insert". Therefore, how, as integration professionals, succeed in positioning oneself in the face of these relatively problematic findings and how to succeed in maintaining the hope inherent in the integration objective? In order to try to answer these questions, a motivation semester in Romandie was studied. Observing and grasping the consequences of the concept of insertion and its application are at the heart of this work. The challenges of professionalism articulated around, on the one hand, the singular paths of the "insurers" and, on the other hand, the obligation to achieve a single mission are listed here. Strengths, weaknesses or even obstacles, the need to juggle with a structural, relational and professional plurality corresponds to the basis of the job insurer profession, as well as to reappropriate it in an individual and individual way to transform it into an essential insertional asset.

Aude Métral hat einen Master in Sozialarbeit und Sozialpolitik sowie einen CAS in Teammanagement und Projektmanagement und Mutter von zwei Kindern. Derzeit koordiniert sie ein Projekt, um die Risiken einer nicht professionellen Integration für junge Menschen zu verhindern Ende der Schulpflicht.
