One Sunday morning in August 2014, I was looking at maps and Google satellite images of the general area where I live. I was looking for a new, interesting place to photograph. Earlier that year, I had started the discipline of taking photographs every day. Which is great and all, but sometimes a new location can re-inspire. It changed the way I see through the viewfinder and it gave me an appreciation for roses and other flowers.
