Yangutova Rita Robertovna, born in 1964; Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia, Russian Federation. Lecturer at Buryat State University, Candidate of Philosophy. Since 2007 till present time the teacher of Russian language in the PRC, Xi'an, Xi'an Oil University. Research interests: philosophy of language, philology, culturology, methodology of Russian language.
