Martina Domino is a mother of 3 boys, an educator and the author of W World Kids, "What in the World is the Coronavirus?", a book which explains the coronavirus with a kid-friendly approach. She has a background in early childhood, elementary and special education. As a child, she would write stories of all kinds, illustrate them and staple together to create her own book. As a teen, her favorite author was R.L. Stine! As a teacher, she would have numerous ideas for books that could help elementary school children learn different topics from a child's perspective. That's her inspiration...children. Their minds, thoughts, ideas and questions! She was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received her bachelor's and master's degree from Southern University and A & M College. When she is not writing, Martina spends most of her time reading, traveling, snorkeling, zip-lining, shopping, and doing anything else adventurous! Being a New Orleans Saints sports fanatic since the age of four, she watches football on Sunday afternoons!
