It's the worst kind of overachiever. And, it wasn't just centralized to my neck. It radiated throughout my upper body and affected my shoulders and arms as well as my head, and for me, produced headaches of which I had many. And, don't forget some TMJD, pain in the jaw. Neck/shoulder/jaw pain interferes with your day-to-day activities. Your sleep is affected and spending time with friends and family becomes a chore that you choose to just ignore sometimes.
