Autorenporträt
Karen is a 56-year-old woman who was born in Chelsea, Victoria, Australia. She has danced her whole life in various capacities: student, competitor, performer, choreographer, teacher and adjudicator. She qualified as a registered nurse, completing her training at Melbourne's Alfred Hospital. Karen's greatest joys in life have been becoming a mother and wife, building a close-knit family, and watching her children become independent and successful. This book is a blatantly honest account of her three-year journey from diagnosis of medulloblastoma brain cancer through treatment and beyond.
