Author, Dr. Sandra Duclos, is a recently retired clinical psychologist who spent more than twenty-five years in private practice helping people to overcome a broad spectrum of problems and empowering them to be masters of their fate. She has conducted scientific research, especially on self-control of emotional experience, and has published professional papers on her research. Although retired, Sandra's purpose and passion are to continue helping others to live their best lives. She and her husband Ferman live in Rhode Island, where they raised their adult son, and now enjoy their two amazing grandchildren.
