The Ivorian nation has been plagued by repeated political crises for a little more than two decades because of the unlimited personal ambitions of some pretenders to the supreme magistracy. All the teachings and practices, once the religion of Ivorians, are no longer of any value to them and only their objectives justify the means. And since these decades, the prisons are hardly empty, the frequent material damages affect the populations which face recurrent inter-community conflicts on the whole territory with their procession of profanation of human life. Also, the nation is divided by the fault of a policy of segregation which insidiously installs the populations of the northern regions to the control of the State and its dismemberments.The national unity exists only of appearance and the laws of the republic are trampled under foot regularly, by the very ones who are charged to take care of their application, in the only ambition to reach their personal objectives.This work proposes to expose the defects of this policy while tracing certain outstanding situations, around the five points
