Virginia De Francisco grew up in a town that no longer exists. It's ghost town without a well. All that remains is the map of concrete home foundations on the desert floor and the memories of those who once lived there. Each time she turns the water tap, she knows others aren't so lucky. It is her mission to help children understand the importance of hydrogeology, water conservation and reclamation. Virginia loves to salute the sun on her yoga mat and practice her half-moon pose under the Milky Way when the desert is cool.
