This book is about Wajerat dialect with its unique features and with its well-known local color and culture in the southern Tigray, Ethiopia. Among the unique features are its polite pronouns, which are used to show age respect. The dialect does not have pronouns, which express class distinction. This manifests the community's democratic and equality principle ( qanci').
