In this autobiographic investigation, Ariella Damelin inquires into the storying her own life while makeing space for the words and stories of those who peopled her inquiry. The social and the personal intersect and knowledge is presented simultaneously as both public and private. Boundaries between professional and family life are blurred, reflecting Damelin's multiple identities. A spiritual sense of celebration and warmth infuse the account of her life and experience as a teacher. Other teachers can find much food for thought herein.
