It should be noted that this management can be conscious of the responsibilities and dangers to which they are exposed. Their direct relationship with nature makes it possible for them to forge their own environment. Let us never forget that often, our environment is the one who places a fence to stop our personal growth. Being able to go beyond and overcome our own and others' resistances is the key to well-being and happiness, as human beings develop personal growth in interaction with their environment. As long as the conditions for it are given.
