To understand how the knowledge of the treatment areas were instituted, articulate and even confront each other. As well as understanding the processes of subjectivation and objectification of the subjects. As a result, we obtained the proposal to create a Social Technology based on a report model for the referral of cracked patients to Centrinho and a Social Technology based on a protocol for prioritizing the care of cracked patients referred to this Health Unit. In both cases, the patients can be newborns or late born.
