Born in Brazzaville (Congo) in 1954, Benoist Saul Lhoni is a graduate of the E.H.E.S.S. (École des Hautes Études en Sciences sociales, Paris) and holds a doctorate in Political Sociology from the University Paris X-Nanterre (France).
